Calling for One Volunteer – Cedar Park’s Earth Day Celebration, Apr 27

The chapter could use one more volunteer for the 2nd shift, 2:30pm-4:30pm, on Sunday, April 27, for the Earth Day Celebration at Lakeline Park in Cedar Park. Sign up to volunteer with NPSOT by completing the volunteer form at this link.

The celebration focuses on the environment, sustainability and conservation, with local nonprofits, food vendors, arts and crafts vendors, and local business sponsors celebrating our community for Earth Day. NPSOT-Wilco will be promoting the benefits of native plants, providing a fun interactive learning activity and wildflower seed giveaways.

Lakeline Park is at 1510 Alexis Drive, Cedar Park, TX 78613.  The park is off of Little Elm Trail between Bell Blvd and Lakeline Blvd.

Volunteer for the second annual Parks and Trails Foundation of Cedar Park’sĀ Earth Day Celebration, on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Lakeline Park. The celebration focuses on the environment, sustainability and conservation, with local nonprofits, food vendors, arts and crafts vendors, and local business sponsors celebrating our community for Earth Day. NPSOT-Wilco will be promoting the benefits of native plants, providing a fun interactive learning activity and wildflower seed giveaways.

The event is from 12:30pm to 4:30pm including set-up and take down.  We’ll have 2 shifts: 12:30-2:30pm and 2:30-4:30pm. You can volunteer for the whole day, or for either of the shifts. Details are in the sign up form.

REMINDER: Volunteers Needed for Round Rock’s Earth Day Festival, Apr 12

We are still looking for a collection of enthusiastic native plant volunteers to staff a booth during Round Rock’s Earth day festival. If you are able to lend a hand, please fill out the volunteer form at the link below. Thank you!

Volunteer for the City of Round Rock’s Earth Day Festival, at Memorial Park, 600 N Lee St, Round Rock, TX 78664, on April 12, 2025. Promote Texas native plants at this free event which is geared towards all ages and with a wide variety of activities and services creating awareness regarding Earth Day. NPSOT-Wilco will have an educational tabling event and a plant giveaway.

The event is from 9am-12pm. NPSOT volunteers shifts run from 8:30am-12:30pm. You can volunteer for the whole day, or for any of the shifts. Details are in the sign up form.
