Join us for our chapter meeting on August 8 for “Front Yard Native Prairie” with Andrew Brazell. We meet at the Georgetown Public Library,  7pm.

Andrew and Kasie Brazell converted their acreage northeast of Georgetown to native prairie grasses and wildflowers.   Their property has been featured on PBS’ Central Texas Gardener.   Come hear more!

July 13, 2019 at 8:15 am – 11:00 am. Garey Park, 6450 Ranch to Market Rd 2243, Georgetown, TX 78628. Let guardhouse know you are NPSOT Plant Survey to waive entrance fee until noon. Park and Start in the parking lot down by the restroom building past the Main House. We will walk on gravel base, with lots of uphill and downhill terrain. Please dress for the weather, including closed toe shoes, drinking water and bug bites!  See you there!

Escape the heat at our next chapter meeting on Thursday, July 11, at 7pm.  We meet at the Georgetown Public Library.    (An announcement was made at the June chapter meeting about a possible location change.  Since then, the library was confirmed for July.)

We’ll vote on next year’s officers and discuss goals and plans for next year’s programs and field trips.   Light refreshments provided.  Hope to see you there!
